SHIPPING POLICY

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING — FREE

Mariana Malni offers free worldwide shipping on every order. No minimum purchase required.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from our UAE atelier. You will receive an email with tracking information once your bag has shipped.

DELIVERY TIMES

UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Al Ain): 1-3 business days
GCC (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman): 3-5 business days
Europe and United Kingdom: 5-8 business days
United States and Canada: 6-10 business days
Rest of world: 7-14 business days

These are estimates. Customs clearance may extend delivery times beyond our control.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, and handling fees charged by the destination country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. They are the responsibility of the buyer.

As a general guide for our main markets:

- UAE and GCC: typically no additional duties
- United Kingdom: 20% VAT plus possible import duty (currently applied on goods over £135)
- European Union: VAT varies by country (19–25%) plus possible import duty; an EU customs reform is scheduled for July 2026
- United States: as of August 2025, the previous duty-free threshold has been suspended; all imports are now subject to applicable US tariffs plus a 10% global import surcharge
- Other countries: rates vary — please check with your local customs office before ordering

Mariana Malni cannot pre-pay or estimate duties for your destination. If a parcel is refused at customs or returned undelivered, outbound shipping and any return-to-sender fees will be deducted from your refund.

TRACKING

A tracking number is provided once your order ships. If you do not receive your tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact Support@marianamalni.com.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. Please verify your shipping details carefully.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your package is delayed beyond the expected delivery window or appears lost, contact us at Support@marianamalni.com. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the matter.
