Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Mariana Malni. Each handbag is hand-stitched in our UAE atelier under Italian craft direction. We stand by every piece we make.

Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the bag is in original, unused condition with all tags, dust bag, and packaging intact. Items showing signs of wear, perfume, makeup, or alterations cannot be returned.

The following are final sale and non-returnable:

  • Gestin Art Collection (one-of-one pieces)
  • Hand-Painted Collection
  • Any item purchased with a custom discount code

How to Initiate a Return

Email Support@marianamalni.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or import fees incurred on the return. We recommend a tracked, insured service. Mariana Malni is not liable for items lost or damaged in return transit.

International Returns & Duties

For orders shipped outside the UAE: duties and taxes paid to your local customs authority on the original delivery are not refundable by Mariana Malni. You may be able to reclaim these from your local customs office once the return is processed — please contact them directly for guidance.

If a parcel is refused at customs or returned to us undelivered, any outbound shipping costs, customs handling fees, and return-to-sender charges will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Original outbound shipping cost is not refunded for buyer-initiated returns.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Please follow the same process as a return and note your preferred exchange item.

Defects or Damage

If your bag arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping costs, at our expense.
